Our classes are suitable for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. Through harmonious and controlled sequences, you'll learn to develop balance, coordination, and body awareness, while reducing stress and increasing flexibility.
Each lesson includes warm-up exercises, learning basic or advanced forms, breathing exercises, and a short final relaxation session.

Comfortable clothing that allows free movement. We recommend loose pants and a t-shirt. Footwear: light and soft shoes, or barefoot, or with non-slip socks.
No prerequisites! Tai Chi is suitable for everyone. The forms can be adapted to individual abilities and physical needs of each participant.
Just bring a bottle of water and your enthusiasm. We take care of the rest!
For advanced weapons practices, you'll need to bring your sword or fan.
Classes last 60 or 90 minutes, as specified in the calendar for each session.

We have classes for all levels. Basic forms are very simple and accessible. Advanced students work on more complex forms and martial applications.
Many students notice improvements in balance and posture after just 2-3 weeks. Deeper benefits develop with regular practice in the following months.
