Our classes are open to everyone, regardless of age or physical condition. Through static and dynamic exercises, you will learn to feel and direct the energy flow in your body, improving health, vitality, and mental serenity.

Each session includes energy warm-up exercises, breathing practices, medical Qigong forms, and moments of standing and seated meditation.

Practical Information

What to wear?

Comfortable, breathable clothes that don't restrict movement. Natural fabrics like cotton or linen are preferred. Footwear: comfortable flat-soled shoes, or practice barefoot if the floor allows.

Is it suitable for everyone?

Absolutely! Qigong can be practiced by people of all ages and physical conditions. It's particularly beneficial for those suffering from stress, joint pain, or needing to regain energy.

What to bring?

Just bring yourself and a water bottle! For some advanced practices, we might use small accessories like massage balls or sticks, but these will be provided.

Session duration?

Classes last 60 or 90 minutes, as indicated in the calendar. Sessions include warm-up exercises, main practices, and a final relaxation moment.

Difference from Tai Chi?

Qigong focuses more on circulating and cultivating energy, with movements that are often simpler. It includes many static and breathing practices, in addition to dynamic movements.

Expected benefits?

Many practitioners report increased energy and calmness after the first few sessions. With regular practice, you can experience improvements in sleep, digestion, and physical endurance.
