Mindful Photography combines meditation practice with the art of photography, inviting you to slow down and truly see what surrounds you. It's not about capturing the perfect image, but about cultivating a state of presence and openness to the stimuli of the world.
Through breathing and visualization exercises, you'll learn to photograph not just with your eyes, but also with your heart. You'll discover how the camera can become a tool for meditation, helping you notice hidden details, fleeting light, and precious moments of everyday life.
Each session includes walking meditation practices, intuitive composition exercises, and moments of sharing photographic experiences in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
