Chinese Calligraphy: The Dance of the Brush

Chinese calligraphy is much more than a simple form of writing: it's a meditative art that unites body, mind, and spirit. Each brush stroke becomes a moment of presence, each character a manifestation of balance and elegance.

Our lessons will guide you through the fundamentals of this ancient art, from how to hold the brush correctly to different stroke techniques. You'll learn the basic characters, different stylistic schools, and how to achieve that perfect balance between control and fluidity.

Each session begins with a brief meditation to center yourself, followed by warm-up exercises, guided practice on specific characters, and ends with a moment of reflection on your personal creations.
